Q: What are your candles made of?

A: All Vivity Candles are made with 100% soy wax — a natural, renewable, and eco-friendly ingredient derived from soybeans. We use lead-free cotton wicks and premium fragrance & essential oils for a clean, even burn.

 

Q: Are your candles hand-poured?

A: Yes! Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Jacksonville, Florida to ensure quality and consistency.

Q: How long do your candles burn?

A: Our standard 10oz candles burn approximately 45–55 hours with proper wick trimming and care.

 

Care & Use

Q: How do I get the best burn from my candle?

A: Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, and let the wax melt evenly to the edges to avoid tunneling.

 

Q: Can I reuse the jars or bamboo lids?

A: Absolutely! Our jars are recyclable or reusable — and our Artist & Aesthete Collection lids double as decorative magnets.
